For clients who primarily need technical oversight, a preventative maintenance plan keeps the underlying WordPress installation actively maintained and monitored.
For organizations that also need a reliable resource for routine website changes, a support plan can combine preventative maintenance with a defined amount of monthly content and WordPress support time.
Depending on the plan, that time may be used for routine page and content changes, image updates, minor configuration work, troubleshooting and CMS guidance. Included monthly support time does not accumulate or roll over from month to month.
In most instances, we can migrate an existing WordPress website to our Managed WordPress Platform at no additional cost when starting a support plan. That gives us a consistent, professionally managed environment where we can better support performance, backups, security and ongoing maintenance.
If a migration involves unusual hosting requirements, complex server dependencies or other circumstances outside a standard WordPress move, we will identify that before proceeding.
A support plan is designed for ongoing care and routine website work. It is not an open-ended redesign or development agreement.
Work outside the agreed plan scope can still be evaluated and quoted separately before anything proceeds.
